Scanner probes are eddy
current probes used in combination with an automated
rotator, which is attached to an eddy current instrument.
Bolt hole probes are used to scan
the inside of a bore for cracks. High speed testing of bolt holes, counter bores, the hole
perimeter or around fasteners heads are a typical
application for these types of probes. Rotating scanner
probes allow the user to receive high resolution local
feedback when inspecting for small defects. Several designs
and materials are possible depending on the application the
probes are used in and which rotating gun you are using. If a standard design
does not fit your application we will manufacture a probe
according to your specifications/requirements. |

Lemo), Phasex 1.1 -(6 Pin Jaeger), MIZ-21 (4 Pin Fischer), Triax,
Coax, Phasec 2d & 2200 (12 Pin Lemo), Rohmann B1 (8 Pin
Fischer), Nortec NDT-18 & 19 (8 Pin Burndy), and MIZ-20 & 22
(4Pin Cannon.)
